1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Harmony AI website and platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Harmony AI provides a conversational AI platform that allows users to configure chatbots, upload knowledge bases, and automate customer support across various channels.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

Ownership: You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload ("User Content"). By uploading it, you grant Harmony AI a license to use it solely to provide the Service to you.

Prohibited Use: You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates third-party rights. You may not use the Service to upload sensitive personal data (e.g., health data) unless explicitly agreed in a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

5. Fees and Payment

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Harmony AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or the AI's responses. The AI agents may produce inaccurate information; you are responsible for verifying generated outputs.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
